Organizational Behavior is a multidimensional product to allow for student development in knowledge, analysis, synthesis and personal development with pedagogical features designed to bring Organizational Behavior to life. This product reframes the content of organizational behavior to reflect the inherent interdependence of factors that explain human behavior

Traditional OB topics are introduced as part of an integrated framework for answering practically-relevant questions:

  • Why do people behave as they do?
  • How can I effectively manage myself and influence others?

Delivered in the modular, easily customizable layout of the new WileyPLUS, Organizational Behavior topics are anchored on the key questions that are most important to practitioners and students, thus giving students content that is easier to comprehend. If instructors want to add their own content, New WileyPLUS makes that very easy to do. New WileyPLUS provides students with a research-based online environment for effective teaching and learning. A wealth of resources are also built directly into the module for ease of access for students and instructors.
